To me it looks like one of the metal "decorative sculpture" pieces coming out of the Far east. You might look for something similar offered by a company called Jayland. ???

That looks nice. The truck parts still has its details but needs a bit of cleaning

Have you looked carefully on the underside ??  Looks like a 1930`s model !!
