If its a hand winding than it could date in the 50's a 60's as the automatic movements were mass produced in mid 60's.
You need to open the back of the case to find out which serial number the movement and the case has.
Go to this website and type in the number and it will give you all the info you need but not the value.
http://www.vintagewatchresources.com/year_identifier.php Ive seen logos like these on straps many times.
This means that the watch was given to somebody by a company for so many years in service or as bonus.
Its possible that the company had mason logo, many did and still do.
Research this logo on related companies to give the watch history which will increase the sale but I rather see it on a original Longines leather strap with original Longines gold buckle..
If I'm correct yours is a Longines 370 caliber with a 17 jewel movement.
Value wise, Because of the condition not more than $350 a $400 on a good day.
hope that helps
