I couldn't find one like this on eBay. :( what was it used for exactly? Anyone seen one like this before? Thank you. :)

Looks like those we had in 50`s and 60`s !!  Put a little mini pic in the slot !! Was kind of handy if one changed boyfriend of girlfriends a lot !!  Change boyfriend,,remove old pic ,,insert new one !!

I found the listing on Etsy and sent the seller a message. She said she sold it in February 2013 for $45. :)
