Not sure about middle name but looks like "Sue Nora Canski or Censki'  Hand made by Old Settlers, Pine Az,  Isaiah, 64:8"  168 of a 500 edition !!

dang kc the number is disconnected-no further information according to the recording.  I'll have to investigate more, some things are cute but this one I like a lot.  A keeper.

Sorry about that.  I will search more as well.

I do know that if you search Pine, AZ there is lots of information about the native indians and how they sold crafts there.

Some very interesting information about Pine.  Doesn't appear to be very big in population or settlement.  http://www.pinestrawhs.org/
