Micaela,

Looks like you might have a mix of lots of different parts. I looked up most of the names and labels, not getting any hits.  It might be good if you actually typed out what you think the lettering is because sometimes it's not as easy to see in the pictures as you might see it in person.

The cylinder under the seat with the 5 rings and shield looks like it could be from an Olympic Organization. The Torino Games were in 2006.

Brevettato in Italian means patented

Cerchi  means circles

Limone means lemon

No manufacturing companies found under ART, Cerchi, Limone, or (vintage cerchi Limone rims)
Bicycle manufacturers lists:  https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_bicycle_brands_and_manufacturing_companies

Good Luck in your research

Not entirely sure but I think this bike is a leftover from the Mountain bike runs around Lake Garda and Limone Italy !!  The aluminum frame seems to be correct for that !! It probably was bought at some time by the bike rental companies there and that is when the additional parts were added !! It is a popular vacation area and bike rentals are a common method of seeing the country !!

The rims were by a company called Limone and Co
Brevettato is the rack
The tool box ( in this case a barrel ) is Ilma, Torino.

Happens with lots of bikes.

There might be a badge above the front wheel on the head tube.
