Ralph Johnson of Warrington??
« on: April 02, 2016, 11:04:55 am »
I have a credenza or some sort of buffet table and I want to know if anyone knows if it's worth anything. I wanted to paint it but not if its valuable or historic.

The inside cabinet states it's made by "Ralph Johnson of Warrington". Google says he dates back to 1890-1910.

Any info is appreciated. This came from my step father who has since passed away so we don't have any family history on it

Hi and welcome!

Can you please post pictures of your piece?  It will help forum members in better answering you.

Yes,, need pics please !! From what I have read Ralph Johnson, Warrington made quality furniture !! Not historically important but certainly not cheaply made !!  I would not paint it !!
