Numbers then a circle with a 13 inside of it, looks like that to me anyway.
This is what I can see:
93/21. 13 ( the 13 inside a circle)

This is a small bowl measuring a little over 8" across and a little under 3" deep.

Was hoping for a name !!  But this is probably an import that had a stick on label at one time !! Because it says just Germany rather than "made in" would make it around mid century or before !! It looks like lusterware which was popular at that time !!  From the shape I would say its a nut or candy dish !!

Nice bowl!

If you search Antique floral scalloped fruit bowl and look at the images you will see quite a lot of variations.  They were very desirable in the early 1900's.
