Mart, think she is a wee bit further than you can throw a stick here in Texas! (Although I am quite sure you can toss one pretty darn far!)   😬

Raven31557, have enjoyed seeing your treasures and enjoyed making my eyes see double attempting to help you out by looking through marks.  HOWEVER, I hate to say it, I enjoyed imagining your wheel chair racing - so thankful nothing was broken!

Mart gave good advice on marking.  I, however, would put "1940's German Lusterware Fruit Bowl $14".  Only reason, I hear more people exclaim the countries items are from and perceive more value to them at times.  I would also put a higher price to bid down on (but not too high). There's where it is up to you to hold the value if someone offers full price or you can say you are glad it's going to a good home and give them a $2 discount!

Recently in Shreveport the "Ladies of Shreveport, LA" were doing a charity sell of Antiques and Vintage items (to raise money to restore their historic building) and I got the hubby to stop with me.  I kept pondering a box of gorgeous bone pale tan china cream soup cups and saucers that were so delicate you could see through them (didn't need them but the price of $30 sets of 10 was terrific - it should have been $30 each).  After walking back to them several times I decided to get them.  The cashier said she noticed my indecision and that they had been in her family for years and she was glad to see them going to someone who appreciated them - then only charge $12.  I protested because they were worth more and it was a charity event - but she insisted.  She felt great about it and now I have cream sets that I can't sell because I feel too guilty!  :)

I'll look back over what I've posted thus far.

and on a Facebook page for a 3D VR sandbox universe that I've volunteered in for 15+ years I'm known as the nut job there.
Which is also why you'll never see me cuss.
It's G-rated. :)

No it wasn't yours.  It was on another post recently and Mart started with it "JUST for an example".  With me being another Texas Gal I just followed in the same direction she was going!  :)

Tobacciana (smoking paraphenalia) is very collectible!  So you may want to see the value of some of those!  Just google that and you will find another whole area of collecting!

On the knick knack items take a group shot of them that each one can be seen fairly well and we can scan over them quickly and then ask questions about specific ones!

I just never heard the word Tobacciana before.

I'm taking a break.
Going thru Whosie Wessel's stuff and NAPCO ceramic planters and Noritaki teacups and Lady Head vases must be akin to looking at books upon books of mugshots.
I'm going cross-eyed.

 :o

This is the post that had me confused about who had what !!  Earlier had told Debc  that her vase may have been done for Napco,,then saw you had been looking at Napco !!  Hard to keep everyone straight !!  But the pricing info is still good example
 !!

I'm still looking for something similar to my napco planter.

When I get a photographer here again I'll post a pic.

The official name of the ailment that Raven31557 has just recently become afflicted with is called ...... Antique Pox …… and there is no known cure for it and thus a “flare-up” of its symptoms will likely last a lifetime.
