I need to revisit this one.
I'm racking my brain trying to find anything even remotely similar.
Any tips on how to search for this cup, like a term to use?

Try "Free form cup and handle with vertical gold band and flower"   There are no words to honestly describe this cup !!   :D

Thanks!
I tried that, and then all variations of that, and the closest I got to anything even remotely similar was searching for
"vintage Free form cup".

I guess it's one-of-a-kind and belongs in a museum.
hahaha

I'll mark it $75.00 and see if that flies.

I believe you would call it a china tea cup with applied flower/pansy and gold leaf.  Can't tell if it is a regular size teacup or a demitasse cup.

It's not a demitasse cup.
It holds almost 8 fl.oz.

At 8 fl.oz capacity ....... me thinks it might be a small handled vase, pitcher or creamer.  ???

English tea cups are 6oz - 8oz
US Cups range from 6oz - 10oz
Most Asian countries 4oz - 6oz

I don't think it's a pitcher or creamer.
There's no pouring lip.

I know cogar!  It does sound like alot for a tea cup doesn't it.

My dear hubby has "1 cup" of coffee a day.  However, he doesn't tell that his cup holds 16 ounces!
