No problem on the duplicates - deleted them.

Usually the problem is that your picture file is too big.  See information above (top of forum page) about posting pictures.

Can you please post a picture of the joints and lock/hardware.

They have made some newer versions of these style cabinets is why I am asking.

Looks like walnut anyway, ca. 1920s.

I think its later than that !! Probably mid to late 30`s !!  You will not find many things from the 20`s with the design number stamped on the back !!  If its in the UK would even be later than that !!

Who refinished it ??

If someone refinished it, I dont know about it.  The surface looks pretty untouched to me, but Im not a furniture expert or I wouldnt be askin.  Though I dont see any indication its been re-done.  How would I know ?  Its possible it was simply taken care of.

It was purchased in far Northern New York state.

30s seems right though.

Yup, just call it a "Depression" era China Cabinet.

If you keep looking around you should be able to find "matching" table, chairs and sideboard/buffet

And I don't believe it has been refinished unless it was done say in the 80's.

Use Google "Image" and search for ..... "Depression era (?? name)"
