Crawford Pottery?? Antique Salad Plate..Need help on finding information

Hi everyone,

I found this lovely blue under glaze salad dish. I brought it at a Swap Meet near Atlanta, Ga.  They claimed it is an antique.  Measuring 7 1/2" in diameter.  Unable to find anything on the maker.  Any suggestions?   Looks to be made of white clay.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
