This is a large (44" width, 30" length, 30" high) walnut turtle top center table. The decorations, consisting of flattened, abstracted acanthus leaves along with 16 inset burl panels, seem to conform to the aesthetic movement, and I'm giving it a date of ca. 1885. Original finish and yellow/beige marble with blue striations, virtually perfect condition. I think it was probably made in Ohio or Michigan, but there are no marks.
Any ideas on value?
