In the 1930's Gypsy paintings were again a real craze!  Also, the Pre-Raphaelite paintings had a touch of this style.

True, and the 1925  year would be correct  !!  Late 20`s into the 1930`s !!

is it possible this was painted before the 20's or 30's i removed one nail and looks almost hand made , i dunno were nails used during the 30's?

Can yoiu post a pic of one of the nails !!  Are they nails or flat sided framers tacks ??   Yes nails were used in the 20`s and 30`s !!
