Antique Art Glass Signed.Is It Lotez?

I bought this vase at a garage sale for one dollar.After I got home I notice there was a name underneath but can't make it out.I've tried other sites and got nothing,I hope someone cad tell me who the artist is.Vase has a rough pontil with a name also etched on pontil.Hand painted.

I can't make out the writing.  Maybe someone else can take a gander at it.

This is a very interesting piece.  Handles almost resemble golden crane necks then bam...all the color in the glass!  Nice!

Looks like initials to me !!  I looked at this on the other forum and here !!  I think its an independent glass blower of which there are many !!  Was made in 2002 and since there is no comprehensive list and many of these people do not have sales records the name may never be known !!

It is a rough pontil where it was snapped off and just not ground !!  What I see is the name Polly 2002 !!  Did you notice that the handles are backwards of each other ??  Looks like a learners project to me !!
