Capondimonte Centerpiece

I have a centerpiece that I believe is a "Capondimonte". The only markings on the bottom are: Made in Italy 131.

It is a basket of yellow roses 9 1/2 X 11. It is very old. Is there anyway to find out where this basket may have come from?
