Thanks, SophieMarie, I enjoyed seeing them.

When one’s paintings looks like a “photograph”, and you are momentarily dubious if the subject is imaginary or actual ….. you know you are witnessing true artistic talent.

I have painted a few "oils" in my younger days, ..... that looked pretty, but no comparison to the work(s) of the great artists.

I have worked in oil and acrylic but I quickly found out that mountains trees and animals were easier to execute than the human face and form !!

Shannow,,  The painting on ebay is also a"make offer" listing !!  Just offer what you are comfortable paying for it !!   Most people put ridiculous prices on items in the hope that someone will bid and be locked into buying it !!

Wow...most velvet paintings we see here in Texas look "cheap" or truly ornamental in nature.  These are astoundingly gorgeous!
