Statue silvered or silver by ?

Another find this statue silvered or silver with a mark .Heavy piece .  Anybody any idea off origin and maker ? thanks

This doesn't look sterling silver or silver-plated to me - doesn't have the aged/tarnished look to it.  Looks like a metal of some other sort.

Can you please take a different picture of the makers' mark.  Don't use flash and avoid direct light (causes glare).
I'm from the South - but please don't mistake my Southern Manners/Accent/Charm as a weakness!
