Very Old Chinese Pottery

I can't seem to find any information on this pot.This is the fourth forum.I really hope someone can help me.Very old brown Chinese pottery.Has writing under the bottom.

All I saw with this shape were planters or Cache`Pot !! What is all over it ?? Paint ?Is anything written inside of the metal stand ??

Mart this pot came from an old storage I bought.I'm not sure what the white stuff is could be paint,I have not attempted to clean it.nothing inside stand but characters on bottom of pot.I was hoping someone can read it.

Sorry Susiecat can't see the markings well enough.  Can you do a rubbing to bring out the details?
