Whoa!  What a beauty!  Did it come with the glass/cloche cover? or you found the perfect one?

“Yes”, it came with the glass cover, …. or cloche, ….. a new word for me.

It belonged to a GP Doctor that lived here in Burnsville many years ago.

It had set so long un-touched, under the glass, that it took me many hours to get “shined” up. 

If someone offers me a reasonable price, I’d sell it.

That eliminates me !!  Vision is not that good without glasses !!  However I learned on a later version of that one !!  Still manual ,, no electronics !!

Speaking of COVID-19....Did you know that the phone companies recently added COVID-19 trackers to mobile phones during recent updates?

I didn't believe it so looked in Settings, Privacy, Health....and sure 'nuff....it's there!  They can be turned off/on. 

I can understand that it is a way to track the virus....but the implications of it tracking is........

Mart, we have been having lighting/thunderstorms like I have NEVER seen before in my life!  Last night 3 strikes at 2 different houses just 2 houses down either way.  The thunder went on and on.  Our outdoor camera caught pictures of the rain shifting from every single direction in a matter of seconds (microbursts)!  We lost a big tree 2 nights ago and cleaned that up.  Tonight we are in for it again.  Hope you are safe!

We got 3 1/2 " rain just today!  Wish I had a "Petticoat Junction" Water Tower to save some of the storms we have had the past 3 days for later in the summer!
