HI!

The mark you showing is that of W Goebel, Rodental, Bavaria Germany from 1930 - 1949.  That in itself from the Hummel maker makes this piece worth more than your average vintage planter.  That said, I cannot find another one like this.

Hopefully someone else will pipe in here soon!

Goebel item category "KZ" => "Komische Zweckart" => "humorous functional items".
