Need help in valuing a serving dish

Hello,
I have a dish made around the mid nineties.  It is 13" long and 6" at the widest point of dish.  There is a scene of a building called "State Normal and Dormitory", Spearfish, So. Dakota.
Does anyone have an idea as to its worth?

Please post pictures of the dish, close ups of front and back and any manufacturer markings! 
Condition makes a big difference in value as well.
