I have a beautiful cobalt blue tulip style vase (7" tall, 3-1/2"opening & the base is 3-1/4" ) marked CZECHA SLOVAKIA.  It has a silver painting of a lady sitting on a tiger (4" tall) and on the opposite side is a phynix bird flying. The top opening and the base have silver rings around them also!  I have pics of this vase if anyone would like to see them and give me an idea of age and value.  Thanks so very much!

Czechoslovakia only became a country in 1918.  Before that it was Bohemia.  For the name to be split like that indicates it's an old vase from the early 1920's.  The designs would say 1920's.  There are some valuable pieces from that era.

Your vase deserves further research - librares are a good place to start - check out Moser to begin with.  But there are other famous early Czech makers too.  Value sight unseen is over $100.  It can be a lot more.  Best wishes - it sound lovely.  KB
