Lee de Forest

Hello. Last week I purchased a book from a garage sale. It is called Lee de Forest Training Manual. It looks old. It is held together by string like an old fashion photo album. The book itself is about four to five inches thick and about fourteen inches long. It says copyright on it but shows no publisher. The font on the pages is hand typed and certain pages have pictures. It almost seems like each quarter of an inch of pages are a different lesson and all them together makes up the whole book.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
