For some reason I am unable to post the picture, but if you think this type of cup sounds familiar to you please send me an e-mail and i'll send along some pictures. All I know about the cup is that it is rather old (not sure how old) it came from my grand uncle who received it as a gift from a family member in the States (I think Boston area) It is quite small and looks like it was once gold plated and it's main design is that of a gold starfish and this decoration is only on one side of the cup on the other side it has nothing. As for any markings on the bottom the only thing that I can see is a number which looks like the number 18 painted or stamped with a gold color. It's quite a peculiar cup!
