President Eisenhower Boy Scout Award

Hey, I am just wondering if anybody has some information on this, and how many were made?  Thanks.

Information written on it:  General eisenhower award, presented to troop 108, was an award for collecting wastepaper during the war effort.  Award was given in April 1945.  Thanks.
