Does anyone know what Made in GOR on the back of a dish means?

I have a small antique or vintage dish that has openwork around the dish and a bird in the center.  On the back are a crown and below the crown is a mark that resembles a W and under that is the number 1704.  Beneath that is Made in GOR.  Below that is the number 22.  Does anyone know who the maker is and what GOR stands for?  Appreciate some help.  Please?  Thanks, Pat

surprisingly, I'm coming up short.
I'm not 100 percent its GOR It might be GOB or some such? Now I'm curious as to what the front looks like..

I knew I had seen the mark, I just couldn't remember where:
Germany / Thuringia / Wallendorf:
Today, Wallendorf is part of the city of Lichte.
Production dates back to 1764 and went through many changes. Your mark dates from 1964 with "Made In GDR" or German Democratic Republic being added

V.E.B. Schaubach Kunst Lichte-Wallendorf (1953 until 1990)
During 1953, the facility was nationalized and renamed in 'V.E.B. Schaubach Kunst Lichte-Wallendorf'. The acronym V.E.B. with or without punctuation stands for the term Volkseigener Betrieb which can ironically be translated as company of the people but really stands for the form of nationalized and therefore state owned East German companies during the time of the German Democratic Republic.

Hi Pat.......I'm not sure of value. An individual wanting to complete a collection would likely give more than it's valued at. Your plate dates to post/1964. During the 1960's-70's there were a lot of companies making collectors plates such as yours. Some were quite expensive. Today, we are faced with the secondary market with a lot of these different plates from different manufacturers being valued at much less than the original issue price. If I ventured a value at yours it would be in the $25 retail range.
