I've put this on for my dad because he wants to know what it is and obviously if its worth anything, apparently my granddad found this quite some years ago, not sure when. if anyone knows anything it'd be great.

The Image isn't the best quality but if anyone knows or think they know what it is and they need better pictures please let me know.
