Hi, I received this jeweled egg from my grandmother when she died and am not really sure what it is or what it is worth. It came in a velvet lined wooden box with a small engraved metal tag which says "Winter Enchantment" on it. The egg has a stand which is gold and silver and the egg itself seems to be gold and silver and opens by spinning to reveal a golden tree which is bearing fruit made of pearls and what looks to be either rubies or garnets. The tree sits on top of a crystal "hill". Anyways, Iam not really sure what the value is, who made it, or where it came from and have tried to do some online research. If anyone can help me I would much appreciate it. Or at least point me in a direction of research, and if need be I can post a picture tomorrow. As a side note, I have had this egg for the last 16 years so it must be fairly old.
Thank You
J.P
