Can anyone help with age/ value info of this I.W. Rice & co.
lipstick holder. I am not sure of what it is made of, her head seems to be pottery of some kind & the base may be some type of plastic, but the bottom feels like a very thin piece of wood that is painted.
It has the IRICE import sticker on the bottom -made in japan
