Two Books

I have two books that a friend gave me about 4 years ago and I'm wandering if they are anything special. But probably not.

The first is:  Motor Vehichle Laws of Ohio (1939)
Has a Orange cover but not a hardback.

The second is: The Storyteller's Magazine: Books of All Publshers
Volume 1 October,1913
