SEARCHING FOR INFORMATION ON AN OVAL CHINA PLATE WITH UNUSUAL DESIGN

I am seeking information regarding a medium size china platter that I received approximately 30 years ago.

It has an unusual pattern of a cherub, 2 wishbones, several four leaf clovers, some orange flowers that appear to be bittersweet and two swastikas.

Any help in finding out what it is and where it originated would be appreciated.
