Help identifying 3 footed 'crow' pot
« on: April 15, 2008, 11:32:45 am »
Hi,
Im after a bit of help with identifying this item.
The inside part is made of a ceramic/pot type material, it has a 'metal' type holder, it has 3 feet and the lid is of a birds head, maybe a raven or crow, or simialar.
Just wondering if someone has come across something like this before? It has no markings, stamps etc so i have no idea who it could be made by.
The lid itself is hinged to the main surrounding body, but unfortuanly has broken off by the hinge, apart from this it is in excellent condition.
here is some pics...
