wooden arm chairs
« on: June 08, 2008, 11:17:08 pm »
I have 2 wooden arm chairs.  The back of the chair reclines slightly.  A brass plate on the back of the chair says 'Richards Panel Chair, Pat'd 9'82, 8'90, 7'92, 7'02.  I know the chairs are pre 1930's.  The family always called them the barber chairs.  I would like to find out more information about them.  Any info on the manfacture, what they were used for, etc.
