I have a watercolor floral painting signed by M E Hart. The only reference I can find to this artist is an 1895 article from the New York Times indicating that it was a good year for one of the clubs and that one of the paintings that was sold was by M E Hart. Does anyone have any information about this artist or where I might find more information?
