Need help Identifying this Piece

Would you all be kind enough to let me know if you have any information on this item... I know nothing about it.  I'd like to sell it on ebay and not sure what to put as a description or how much it could fetch.  It's not stamped but has the signature on the bottom in some Asian language...  Please let me know. Thanks so much!!!!

it was made in china. it's known as blue &white china. it's recent vintage.
