Hi guys,gals       Please help me out, my mam has two large plates big enough to fit a Turkey on which was passed down to her by her grandmother ( my mam is 53 ) I cant quite make out the mark, there's some sort of picture at the top with what looks like a street name under it  W......... road and England below that, theres the number 31 painted next to it and Sweet briar Printed below. to the bottom of the badge theres 'Black Rose'. The Plate is also inpressed with the numbers 641 near the edge. on the top thers a simple flower pattern painted in pink. please help if you can as ive spent hours on the web looking with no joy. many thanks if you do.

 :)likely mfg's with info given. washington works england circa 1871to 1910. the fact that england was added would make production after 1880.

Wolf street work's.england 1910 to 1924.

also there are too many characters for it to be wolf street, there's around 7 characters in the first word of the address.
