I need help trying to figure out the name of this artist.  I am having trouble reading the name, even in person with my loop.

Any ideas?

I'am seeing a first & last name. I see the last name as Parker?

If it is indeed "Parker" as a last name there are several "H" or "T" Parker's to choose from...

There was and A parker known to have done this type of work from 1906 to 1985. Maybe we can get some more suggestion's. I don't see and A in the first name but....
