inherited vase
« on: January 04, 2009, 09:13:44 pm »
Hi, I am a new member and I would like to know the history and/or the possible worth of a vase my grandmother just gave me. She said it was given to my great grandmother for her wedding. That would make the vase about 100 to 110 years old. The insignia on the bottom has the words vienna austria in a crown looking insignia. the signature on the artwork of the vase is signed N. Foresman.

Here is a picture of the vase. I did do some research on the insignia and found that it was made by possibly multiple importers. One being PH Leonard and the dates were from 1890 to 1908+. It is a green label.

Thank You,
Rook
