I was wondering if it was a tea set with tray only- Is there a pot?....also need dimensions/sizes of items!  Composition?

From being able to see the other items on the material....these appear to miniatures and not a "kids size" tea set.  (Can see the part of the railroad lock that railman44 identified on another post.)

FYI - Manon is a common German surname/last name.
