Antique Buffet Lamp with Vase - Value?

I have an electric lamp from my grandmother.  It is about 18" tall and has 4 lights that begin at the center of the lamp and curve downward in 4 equal dirrections  In the center is a small glass vase for flowers.  It's very ornate.  Does anyone know what this type of lamp is called and what value it might have?

Does the metal base have any markings on it?  Resembles the style that came out in early 1900's by Loevsky & Loevsky?  However, I be D&B can jump in with much better information!

The only thing on the bottom is imprinted in the metal "PATTD APPLY".  There's no name, initials, etc or numbers.

Thank you!  I'm assuming it would be called a "buffet lamp" ?  I'm interested in selling it and need to know how to list it.

Buffet is fine. some would call it a Vanity lamp.
