King Ambler "Combat Navals"
« on: June 30, 2009, 08:35:54 pm »
All I know about these is they are old. My grandpa had them in his Macy's office a long time ago. They hung there for about 35 years. He was Vice President of his region. I am told they are worth something, but never how much. Not sure where they come from or what anything means on them. The red crested picture has some damage and is missing the glass. Blue crested picture is perfect.

Please give me info and/or estrimated value.

The company is still in business.  Here is their site.  You could even contact them for information as to your prints!

Looks like the company has been in business over 60 years and their Web site says their art subjects come from a collection of antique books. AWESOME subject matter, beautiful print!

I cannot get a hold of W King Ambler at all.  Called an appraiser.  She wants $150/hr.  I'm not even sure if the prints are worth $150.

I am really looking to sell them.  Times are rough.
