Man that is such a tough one. First I think I see one thing, then I see something else. I'm feeling cross-eyed already! I hope someone can match it to a known artist for you.

I agree with Regular Joe. it appears to be the work of two Artist the shore line is typical of a dutch style painting.

You guys are terrific :). I'm taking the liberty to send this image because it show some pencil like drawing on the top of the light house.  I thought it might also shed some light.

D & B antiques.....regula rjoe...If it was painted then updated, does that mean it is probably worthless?

I don't think 'worthless' is accurate ... perhaps 'diminished-valued' ...

sorta like a Chevy that somebody welded Kia emblems on ...
