This letter opener was purchased,about 30+ years ago.I was just a kid and we were at a yard sale,I saw this and I guess the fact that it looked like a knife,I just had to have it.I have always liked knives,and have been making and selling knives for a few years now.I think i gave $0.25 for it,and it may not be worth that.
I would like to know was this a common style letter opener? Has anyone ever seen one like this? I cannot find any writing on it.But would like to know if someone would know anything about it.It is made of brass.
