State Mutual Life Presents A Series of Marine WaterColors by Gordon Grant

Hi everyone!  I need help determining info on these watercolors (date, & value if any?).  I have read about Gordon Grant and seen one set like this one but the colors were faded and not in mint condition.  Where being sold by a art dealer.  I have attached three of the watercolors and will be posting 4 of the other watercolors in this set.  Any information would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance!
