Sometimes it's like playing charades , when folks don't have images that can be deciphered .

Your item appears to have 4 legs , and a bell-shaped portion , made of metal ... that's about all that I can sorta figure out so far .

I'm curious about this one , yet am still hoping for larger images (more Kb/Mb) and possibly a quarter or something like a ruler included to give the image some scale ref (or a general description of it's size/composition) , jason .

For now , I'd call it a UAO  (unidentified antique object) .

Maybe try taking another photo but get much closer to it. Like a foot or so away. If your camera has a close up mode that might help.

Indications are it's. Italian. if by chance that was and eagle ? perched on top we could assume. it was designed between 1943 & 1945.
