I stated "NO RETURNS", but he said since it was "FAKE" and not solid brass that he thought he deserved a refund. He was pretty confident that he would get his money back I guess because he already had it in transit when he filed the claim.

I would recommend that you do not refund a thing until you have it in hand and make sure it is in the same shape it was when you sent it out!

Don't accept the package, tell whoever to "return to sender".

There is no law stating one has to accept something mailed to them.

Here's the problem....if hotloanchick wants to sell on ebay in the future....I believe that hlc is a very low number in sales.  On the other hand, the %%#### buyer has a pretty darn good seller rating. (They are wrangling hlc to return or will cream them with a bad rating!)
