Does anyone know if this is an antique and how much is it worth?

The chair is a Lyre back. The desk is a drop side. Some call it a drop leaf. The style is Duncan Phyfe. the chair has nice Detailing.this type of furniture was popular in the 1920's.

But this appears to be late 1940's or early 1950's. $ 350.00 Dollars

Excellent summation D&B. The metal claw feet leg caps and ring pulls and indicative of that era......... 8)

Agree as well.

The writing/ink pad looks well loved but still in good shape!

I'm from the South - but please don't mistake my Southern Manners/Accent/Charm as a weakness!
