philip handel slag lamp value

i put photos of this lamp on here on the 15th,and recieved a great deal of help finding out what it was.
now i wounder if anyone knows were i might send photos to try get
a value on it.a fair appraiser.thanks again   joe.t.

I'am not sure where to send it. but all indications point to a rewireing job which best should not have been done. until Authenticity could have been assured.

These lamps were being reproduced in the 1970's.

Approximately where are you located?  Maybe someone can chime in with the name of someone who can inspect it for you!

If it was an original...rewiring has unfortunately devalued it slightly.  If it is a reproduction, it is worth less.

There are many items that get listed on here that we cannot help with the estimated value because it requires a hands-on inspection to determine the difference in the two.  The feel, weight, close up workmanship, integrity of the glass panels.  Unfortunately these are things we are unable to do over the internet!

we are in northern michigan,near grayling.
     thanks again,i will keep searching.
