 :) Syl is asking How long have you had it? What is it made of ? wood plastic etc. can we get some other view's ? you just can't all way's tell from photo's can't see any wood grain etc.

It's solid wood. No plywood or veneer. The underside is painted black. I got it from my parents who have had it as long as I can remember.

Can you please post pics of the undersides of the chair and table?

I am thinking it is more of a folk art piece that was made by individual.
I'm from the South - but please don't mistake my Southern Manners/Accent/Charm as a weakness!

 :) You can bet that they have had it along, time. it's from the Aesthetic Movement. which ran from about. circa 1870 to 1905. got to love those cut off dates.
As if the furniture design stopped dead, in it's track's in 1905. that's another story. at a Good auction, your likely to see a $1,000.00 Dollars.
