Smoked glass brass light fixture mystery
« on: January 28, 2010, 09:13:17 pm »
We found this light and a matching larger one when we moved into our home 9 years ago. The previous owner was an antique dealer and we hoped these had some value to them. I have looked on-line and not found anything similar. I think they are brass. There are no marks identifying these in any way. Any insight would be greatly appreciated... Thank you

Slag glass ceiling hanging shade.  Quite a common design and most were unsigned.  All different sizes were available.  Very pretty color glass that would give off a warm yellow/goldish hue.
